To provide an information processing device, a wireless communication system, a calculation method, and a program that automatically determine the installation position of a gateway at the time of installation.SOLUTION: An information processing device 2 according to the present disclosure includes an acquisition unit 5 that acquires radio field intensity information between a terminal device 4 and a wireless relay device 3, location information of the terminal device 4, and traffic volume information between the terminal device 4 and the wireless relay device 3 for each of the terminal devices 4 belonging to the wireless relay device 3. The information processing device further includes a calculation unit 6 that calculates an installation position of the wireless relay device 3 on the basis of the radio field intensity information, the location information, and the traffic volume information acquired by the acquisition unit 5 such that the terminal device having a larger amount of traffic with the wireless relay device 3 than other terminal devices has higher radio field intensity than other terminal devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
