Abstract:
To provide a technique for enabling power supply to a blackout region.SOLUTION: A center server 20 can communicate with a plurality of vehicles 10 capable of supplying power to an outer side. The center server 20 determines the vehicle 10 to be dispatched to a blackout region among the plurality of vehicles 10 based on position information, fuel residual amount information, and power storage residual amount information of the plurality of vehicles 10, which are to be respectively acquired from the plurality of vehicles 10. The center server 20 may determine the vehicle 10 to be dispatched to a blackout region among the plurality of vehicles 10 in consideration of power demand information for each blackout region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
