Abstract:
To provide an information processing device which can detect, at an early stage, a stoppage of an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: An information processing device connected with an automatic transaction device via a first network comprises: state acquisition means which acquires, at a predetermined timing, information indicating whether the automatic transaction device is in a state ready for trading or in a state not ready for trading; state determination means which determines whether or not there are a certain number or more of the automatic transaction devices which are not ready for trading in a handling time zone, based on the state of the automatic transaction device acquired by the state acquisition means; and warning means which warns an external device that there are the certain number of the automatic transaction devices which are not ready for trading.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
