PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present priority of recovery operation according to a request at disaster.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a failure information acquisition unit for acquiring failure information indicating occurence of a failure at a facility; a disaster information acquisition unit for acquiring disaster information indicating the disaster situation; an estimation unit for estimating whether a failure at a facility has occurred due to disaster on the basis of a position of the facility at which the failure indicated by the failure information acquired by the failure information acquisition unit has occurred, and a range of the disaster indicated by the disaster information acquired by the disaster information acquisition unit; and a priority determination unit for determining a facility for which recovery operation is preferentially conducted from among a plurality of facilities at which it is estimated by the estimation unit that a failure has occurred due to the disaster on the basis of the priority of the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
