PURPOSE: To improve the operability and use the work space rationally, by providing a space for leading-out of a printer form or a visual area for visual confirmation of a recorded contents in a part of a bookrest or a position facing a leading-out path of the printer form.

CONSTITUTION: When a display part 13 is opened, an aperture part 26 is formed in the opening part of the display part 13 on an operation panel 23. The aperture part 26 is used as the leading-out exit of a printer form 16. A printer is stored under the display part 13 in the overlap state. The printer form 16 is led out to the back of a protection cover 18 through a hole 19 formed in the protection cover 18 after being led out to the surface of the operation panel 23 from the aperture part 26. The hole 19 forms the space for leading-out of the printer form 16. Contents printed on the printer form 16 are confirmed visually in the visual area from the aperture part to the hole 19 by the operator. The protection cover 18 is supported by a grip 17 to function as the bookrest.
