PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of photographing out of range of pan, tilt or zoom that can be adjusted by a network camera.SOLUTION: An information processing unit for instructing adjustment of pan, tilt or zoom of a first imaging device, and instructing the imaging operation of an unmanned airplane including a second imaging device, determines whether the limit of adjustment operation that can be executed by the first imaging device is reached, when receiving the instruction of adjusting pan, tilt or zoom of a first imaging device, and executing adjustment operation by the first imaging device according to the received instruction, and when a determination is made that the limit of adjustment operation by the first imaging device is reached, and instructs the unmanned airplane to perform operation corresponding to the adjustment instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
