When a document creation requesting client 12 transmits a document creation request to a document creation processing server 13, the document creation processing server 13 creates a document file which includes document data and a security property file and sends it back to the document creation requesting client 12. The document creation requesting client 12 has a configuration to control the use of the document file based on the security property file contained in the document file received from the document creation processing server 13.
