To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a system that enable a toll to be provided quickly for an exit tollgate instrument.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an information processing device includes a first communication unit, a second communication unit, a storage unit, and a processor. The first communication unit transmits/receives data to/from an external device. The second communication unit transmits/receives data to/from an exit tollgate instrument that collects a toll from a vehicle exiting a toll road. The storage unit stores data. The processor receives toll information indicating the toll from the external device via the first communication unit, stores the received toll information in the storage unit, receives a request that requests the toll information corresponding to vehicle identification information indicating a predetermined vehicle from the exit tollgate instrument via the second communication unit, and when the request is received, transmits the toll information corresponding to the vehicle identification information stored in the storage unit to the exit tollgate instrument via the second communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
