Abstract:

To easily acquire suitable parameters set on a molding machine.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 comprises: a learning-machine storage section 11 in which a learning machine, being a machine-learning result of two or more learning information sets having parameters of a molding machine, sensor values acquired in a mold with sensors, and molding-related information related to molding, is stored; a test acceptance section 12 for accepting normality parameters that make a molding result normal in a test molding using a mold without a sensor, and molding-related information of the test molding; a sensor value acquiring section 13 for applying the normality parameters and the molding-related information to the learning machine, and acquiring normality sensor values that make the molding result normal; an implementation acceptance section 14 for accepting molding-related information of an implementation molding using a mold without a sensor; a parameter acquiring section 17 for applying the molding-related information and the normality sensor values of the implementation molding to the learning machine, and acquiring parameters that make the molding result normal in the implementation molding; and an output section 18 for outputting the parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
