Abstract:
To provide an information processing device capable of providing information correspondingly to a usage state of an apparatus etc. even to a customer for which information for displaying a screen is unprepared, compared to a configuration in which the information for displaying the screen to be applied to each customer is prior prepared when providing the information correspondingly to the usage state of the apparatus or a service for each customer.SOLUTION: In order to provide information correspondingly to a usage state of an apparatus etc. for each customer, an information processing device: performs a first search for searching for information which displays a screen to be applied to a subject customer; performs a second search for searching for information which displays a screen to be applied to a group to which the customer belongs when the first search fails in finding the information displaying the screen to be applied to the customer; and applies the information found by the first search or the second search to the information indicating the usage state of the apparatus etc. for the subject customer, for controlling to display the screen for the customer on a display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
