To provide an information processor and an information processing system superior in flexibility which allow prescribed functions to be used in spite of expiration of the period of validity of authentication information.

The information processor includes; an input part for inputting authentication information with the period of validity; an authentication judgement part for judging whether or not the authentication information is within the period of validity to generate a judgement result showing that the authentication is valid or invalid; a collation part for collating the authentication information in accordance with the judgement result to generate collation information corresponding to the authentication information; a collation information storage part for storing the collation information; a collation history storage part for collating the authentication information with the collation information to store a collation history showing a success or failure of collation; a permitted function storage part wherein permitted function information corresponding to a result of collation with the collation information and the collation history are prestored; and a function selective permission part for selecting and permitting prescribed functions on the basis of the permitted function information.
