Abstract:
To provide a mechanism that prevents hospital infection by specifying a person who has not used a dispenser.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus specifies a person who has not used a dispenser on the basis of information transmitted from a dispenser and a camera installed in a building, and the information processing apparatus manages user information including a feature image for specifying a user, manages identification information on a room transmitted from a dispenser installed in the room and a date of use of the dispenser, and manages a picked-up image transmitted from a camera installed in the room, a date of imaging, and the identification information on the room. The information processing apparatus specifies a person who has entered the room where the camera is installed from an image of a person included in the picked-up image by using the image included in the user information. When the date of use of the dispenser is not managed in association with the identification information on the room whose image is picked up, within a predetermined period before the date when the picked-up image is picked up, the information processing apparatus outputs the person specified from the image of the person included in the picked-up image as a person who has not used the dispenser.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
