In a system comprising terminal equipment and a server connected with the terminal equipment through the Internet, when the terminal equipment accesses the server, the server judges whether or not the accessing equipment is an access member in a step S162, and rejects the access when it is not the access member in a step S163. When it is the access member, the server judges whether it is a member A or a member B in a step S164. When it is judged as the member A or the member B, the server is requested to transfer a designated picture for the member A or the member B in a step S165 or S166. In response to the request, the server transfers the designated picture(menu picture) for the member A to the member A, and transfers the designated picture(menu) for the member B to the member B.
