Abstract:
To provide a device capable of setting an inspection target region or an inspection exclusion region more simply than a method of measuring an actual printing result.SOLUTION: A reference image generation unit 14 rasterizes printing data of a job and thereby generates a reference image being a raster image of the page of the job. A setting UI unit 12 displays the reference image on a setting screen for receiving a setting of an inspection target region or an inspection exclusion region. A user sets the position and size of the inspection target region or the inspection exclusion region on the reference image in the setting screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
