To reduce an initial set time of an electronic tag.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a smart adapter communication unit 2 that includes an interface communicating with an electronic tag 3 that has an internal clock and a sensor for measuring an organism; and an internal clock 106 that obtains a current time; and a CPU 101 that activates the electronic tag 3 by communicating with the electronic tag 3 via the smart adapter communication unit 2 and writes information for measurement into the electronic tag 3, the information for measurement including the current time obtained by the internal clock 106 and being used when the electronic tag 3 measures the organism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
