Abstract:
To raise the accuracy of determining the skill of the operator of a flight vehicle.SOLUTION: An operation history acquisition unit 101 acquires as the operation history of a drone 20 by a user. A flight history acquisition unit 102 acquires the flight history of the drone 20 operated by the user. A period specification unit 103 specifies a period in which a difference between the content of operation that is estimated when it is assumed that the drone 20 has flown the route indicated by the acquired flight history exhibiting regular flight performance and the content of operation indicated by the acquired operation history is greater than or equal to a threshold, as a specific event period (there is occurrence of a specific event that makes the control of the drone 20 difficult). A skill determination unit 104 determines the skill of an operator on the basis of the acquired operation history and the specified specific event period. When determining the skill, the skill determination unit 104 reduces the weight of operation history in the specified specific event period to be smaller than the operation histories in other periods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
