Here, when a first value which is the sum of the length of the two partial areas with the determined size in the horizontal direction, and the length of the reference distance is not settled in a second value which is the length of the predetermined area in the horizontal direction; the distance between the partial areas is reduced to the set minimum value so that the first value is under the second value; and when the first value is not settled in the second value, even when the distance between the partial areas is reduced, the two partial areas will be reduced equally.
