To provide an information processing method, information processing device and program, which allow for computing a labor level of each care persons to easily grasp work performance of each care person.SOLUTION: An information processing method is provided, comprising: computing busyness levels, each representing busyness of each care person in a given facility, according to a first condition; computing work contribution levels, each representing a level of work contribution of each care person, according to a second condition; computing a team activity level, representing an activity level of a team the care persons belong to, according to a third condition; and computing labor levels, each representing a level of labor undertaken by each care person during a given period, according to the computed busyness levels, work contribution levels, and team activity level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
