To provide a technique capable of claiming insurance by providing information related to a document even if the document describes no disease name.SOLUTION: A program is a computer program for causing a computer to function as each means of an information processing server for supporting an insurance claim. The information processing server includes: acquisition means for acquiring description information of a document with no disease name described, received from a medical institution by a user being an insured person, from a communication device of the user; and prediction means for predicting a corresponding disease from medical actions received by the user at the medical institution or information on medicines, acquired on the basis of the description information. The prediction means predicts the disease corresponding to the medical actions on the user or the information on medicines by using a prediction model based on data obtained by associating the medical actions or information on medicines acquired in advance with the information on the disease.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
