To provide information related to past prescriptions in a form useful for a patient.SOLUTION: In an information processing system 1, a prescription data acquisition part 51 of a computer 10 for a pharmacy acquires prescription data of a patient. A prescription data transmission part 52 transmits the acquired prescription data to a server 20. A change point acquisition part 155 of the server 20 acquires change point information being information based on changed prescription contents among a plurality of prescription data issued to the patient this time and in the past on the basis of the transmitted prescription data and the past prescription data of the patient corresponding to the prescription data. A change point data transmission part 156 transmits data of the change point information to a pharmacist terminal 30. A screen display part 254 of the pharmacist terminal 30 displays a screen for presenting, to the patient, information related to comparison of prescription contents including the change point information on the basis of the data of the change point information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
