To improve services to a user by exchanging each other's information between a device attached to a game machine and a user terminal by non-contact communication.SOLUTION: An information processing system including a plurality of devices attached to a plurality of game machines capable of conducting non-contact communication, a user terminal capable of conducting non-contact communication with each of the plurality of devices, and a server is equipped with: a non-contact communication unit for transmitting game machine identification information for identifying the game machines to the user terminal from each of the plurality of devices through the non-contact communication, and transmitting user identification information for identifying the user stored in the user terminal from the user terminal to each of the plurality of devices; and an accumulation unit for accumulating the game machine identification information collected from the user terminal, and the user identification information collected from the devices in association with dates of communication by the non-contact communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
