Abstract:
To achieve an information processing system and an information processing method for providing information for making it possible to improve efficiency of planning of countermeasures capable of contributing to traffic safety.SOLUTION: The information processing system generates attribute information for a spot or a section related to position information included in travel state information transmitted to a server 30 from each of on-vehicle systems 20 mounted in respective vehicles based on information on a vehicle state at the spot or the section, and displays, on a display part 36, the attribute information at the spot or the section together with restriction information on a road at the spot or the section. Accordingly, it becomes possible to easily grasp the restriction information on the road at the sport or the section displayed on the display part 36 and an actual traveling state of the vehicle on the road, so that countermeasures capable of contributing to traffic safety relative to the road can be easily planned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
