To provide an information processing system configured to accurately determine whether or not an object to be used in a facility is available, an information processing method, and an information processing program.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: an image acquisition processing unit which acquires a captured image obtained by imaging a use area including an object to be used by a user in a facility; a facility acquisition processing unit which acquires facility information including at least one of settlement information on settlement of a usage fee for using the facility, order information on an order of a commodity provided by the facility, and reservation information on a reservation of the facility; and an availability determination processing unit which determines whether or not the object to be used is available, on the basis of the captured image acquired by the image acquisition processing unit and the facility information acquired by the facility acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
