Abstract:
To provide an information processing system which is reconfigurable and can determines failures while continuing processing.SOLUTION: An information processing system is a reconfigurable information processing system and comprises a plurality of modules, BIST (Built In Self-Test) circuits which are in 1:1 correspondence with the plurality of modules and each of which can perform BIST to detect a failure in the corresponding module including a failure of itself, and a test configuration unit which stores an internal state including connections of the modules. The test configuration unit stores, with respect to a temporarily stopped module, the internal state including connections of the module at the time of temporary stop, and a BIST circuit being in 1:1 correspondence with the temporarily stopped module of the plurality of modules performs a test about the failure of the temporarily stopped module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
