PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service according to user's manner by accurately determining user's manner so as to cause the user to improve manners when utilizing a service.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: behavior detection means for detecting user's behavior related to manners when the user utilizes a service; situation detection means for detecting a situation around the user; manner point management means for calculating and managing manner points corresponding to the user's behavior and the situation around the user; and control means for controlling quality of the service capable of being provided to the user depending of the manner points managed by the manner point management means.
