Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of a portable information terminal while securing the certainty of an operation in the case of using an electronic settlement function.SOLUTION: In an information processing system constituted of a smart phone and a wrist watch type wrist-worn terminal, the smart phone and the wrist watch type wrist-worn terminal are mutually authenticated, and then when electronic settlement is requested to the smart phone, the smart phone notifies the wrist-worn terminal of the information (step SA102). The wrist-worn terminal which has received that notification requests the instructing operation of settlement execution to a user, and when the instructing operation is performed, the wrist-worn terminal instructs the settlement execution to the smart phone (step SB105). The smart phone executes electronic settlement processing under such conditions that the settlement execution is instructed from the wrist-worn terminal (step SA105). When the electronic settlement function of the smart phone is used, the instructing operation of the settlement execution in the wrist-worn terminal becomes essential.
