The time announcing clock 3 is provided with a communication I/F 31, a clock part 32, a preserving memory 37, a freeze state detecting part 380, a 'time/photograph button' 3421 for outputting a reset signal, a 'home button' 3422, a touch panel 3411, and a CPU 38 including a reset processing part 381 for making the communication I/F 31 transmit a reset request corresponding to the state detected by the freeze state detecting part 380 and a reset signal, and for executing reset processing corresponding to the received prescribed data and a time synchronizing part 382 and a folder synchronizing part 383.
