PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an information processing system of high safety which is capable of providing semantic information and/or information related to the semantic information useful to each individual by using differences in base arrangement information among individuals effectively.
SOLUTION: The system compeises: a step (a) for receiving goods and/or request information of service; a step (b) for acquiring position information in accordance with the request information from a storage means for storing the position information which indicates a position in the base arrangement; a step (c) for acquiring the semantic information and/or the information related to the semantic information which relates the received base sequence related information after the base arrangement information corresponding to the position information transmitted at the step (b) is received out of the base sequence related information related to the position information; and a step (d) for transmitting to the same party as the position information has been transmitted at the step (b) the semantic information and/or the information related thereto, which is acquired at the step (c), and the position information corresponding to the semantic information and/or the information related to the same by relating these two information to each other.
