Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable plural users in charge to perform a process of one step while maintaining one-to-one correspondence between steps and users in charge.
CONSTITUTION: A holding means 17M holds step identifiers for identifying respective steps of a defined work flow uniquely and person-in-charge specification information specifying the persons in charge of the steps so that they correspond to each other one to one, and also holds information for specifying the order relation of the respective steps. A person-in-charge specifying means 32 specifies the persons in charge who should process the respective steps on the basis of the person-in-charge specifying information. Then this system is provided with an adding means 33 which adds (number of persons in charge minus one) steps having the same operation contents with one step for which plural persons in charge are specified to the step in parallel when the persons in charge are specified are specified for the step and adds information regarding the added steps in the holding means so that one person in charge corresponds to one step. Then operation is transferred to the persons in charge of one step and all the added steps.
