The information processing unit 1 provided with a MODEM 4 for transceiving a data signal, is provided with a speech control section 5 that transceives a speech signal, a wireless communication section 7 that wirelessly makes a speech via the speech control section 5, a function control section 3 or an internal circuit 2 that selects the MODEM 4 or the speech control section 5 to execute communication, and the wireless control means section 7 makes data communication and phone communication via the public communication line network.
