To specify factors of a failure and solution from a position of the failure pointed by a user in an interactive form and execution history information on a program, to present them to the user, to generate a program in which the failure is solved from the specified factors of the failure and the solution and to present it to the user.
This information processor is provided with a display means to display an operating state of the program to the user in time series based on the execution history information on the program, an input means to specify the position of the failure by the user in the displayed operating state, an operation analyzing means to analyze the factors of the failure from the position of the failure specified by the user by the input means and the operating state of the program and to specify the solution to solve the factors of the failure. The operation analyzing means re-creates the operating state on which the specified solution are reflected and the display means displays the factors of the failure, the solution and the re-created operating state to the user.
