A mapping part determines the coordinates of each context and each mood in a plane whose horizontal axis is a dimension 1 and whose vertical axis is a dimension 2 by using multi-variable analysis(for example, corresponding analysis) or the like based on the combination of context and mood evaluated for a plurality of contents, and performs mapping of each context and each mood on the same plane. Then, the mood corresponding to the context designated by a user is specified based on the generated context/mood corresponding plane, and the content having a specified mood is recommended to the user. The content such as a musical piece suitable for the context is applied to a system recommended to the user.
