PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration for enabling a person to be watched to urge lifestyle improvement.SOLUTION: An apparatus information collection unit 23 collects information from apparatuses arranged in a dwelling house in which a person to be watched dwells. An information storage unit 27 stores information from the apparatuses collected by the apparatus information collection part 23 in time series. A lifestyle pattern estimation unit 25 estimates a lifestyle pattern of the person to be watched on the basis of the information from the apparatuses stored in time series in the information storage part 27. A lifestyle pattern notification unit 28 notifies a registered notification destination of the lifestyle pattern of the person to be watched estimated by the lifestyle pattern estimation unit 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
