To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program that alleviate congestion in a store.SOLUTION: In a reservation system in which a game machine, a reservation terminal, a mobile terminal, a store terminal, a database, and a reservation server are directly or indirectly connected to a network and communicate with each other, a reservation server 50 includes: a reservation reception unit 351 that receives game play reservation on a game machine of a type selected by a user; a reservation distribution unit 511 that distributes, when there are a plurality of game machines of the type selected by the user, the received play reservation to one of the game machines of the type; and a communication control unit 341 that functions as a notification unit that notifies a predetermined terminal of standby information indicating waiting status until the user can play on the game machine to which the play reservation is distributed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 30
