A MIDI reproduction part 11 has a sound source such as a synthesizer and synthesizes and reproduces an electronic sound sequentially according to inputted MIDI performance information to generate a MIDI sound signal of accompaniment music. The generated MIDI sound signal is supplied to a mixing part 15. An audio reproduction part 12 reproduces audio sound signal according to inputted audio information. The generated audio sound signal is supplied to the mixing part 15. A tempo variation time setting part 14 sets tempo variation time to tempo variation information inputted from a tempo input part 13. The tempo variation information having the tempo variation time set is supplied to the MIDI reproduction part 11 and audio reproduction part 12. The mixing part 15 mixes the supplied MIDI sound signal and audio sound signal to generate a reproduction signal, which is outputted while adjusted in sound volume. The generated reproduction signal is supplied to a speaker 16, which outputs the supplied reproduction signal as a sound.
