To improve accuracy in extracting a plant stock in an image, without depending on an optical environment when the image is captured.SOLUTION: An information processor (10) comprises: an acquisition unit (14) for acquiring an image which is in a Lab color space and includes a plant stock; and an extraction unit (18) for extracting a region indicating the plant stock in the image by comparing a value in accordance with both a value and b value in a pixel value of the image with a predetermined threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
