PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set an URL in the case of boot of a www browser by an electronic mail.
SOLUTION: A URL setting part 213 stores the URL instructed by the electronic mail from the outside in a URL storage part 22 as the URL in the case of boot of the www browser. And since homepage information of the URL stored in the URL storage part 22 is received, displayed and outputted by a www browsing part 23 in the case of boot of the www browser, the URL in the case of boot of the www browser is automatically set by the electronic mail and the homepage information of the URL is received and outputted in the case of boot of the www browser.
