This information processor 100 controls navigation and controls the operations of an air conditioner 12 and an audio apparatus 13. The hard disk 3 stores a control program for navigation, an operation control program of the air conditioner 12 and an operation control program of the audio apparatus 13. A flash memory 4 stores the operation control program of the air conditioner 12 and the operation control program of the audio apparatus 13. The control program for navigation, the operation control program of the air conditioner 12 and the operation control program of the audio apparatus 12 are normally loaded from the hard disk 3 and executed. In a case the hard disk 3 fails, the operation control program of the air conditioner 12 and the operation control program of the audio apparatus 13 are loaded from the flash memory 4 and executed to make the operation of the air conditioner 12 and the audio apparatus 13 continuable.
