Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test ride reservation having higher convenience to a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device of a call center determines a test ride car designated by a user and a car satisfying prescribed requirements among cars having at least one or more elements which are the same or similar as a candidate for the test ride car, and presents the test ride car and the candidate for the test ride car to the user. After determining a test ride car, the information processing device acquires information on the user, and presents a plurality of test ride places for the test ride car to the user. The information processing device receives the designation of a test ride place from the user, and makes a communication with the designated test ride place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
