Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure redundancy with least necessary constitution by substitution a normal central processing circuit for the working of an abnormal central processing circuit via a data connection means. CONSTITUTION:The central processing circuits 1-3 perform the transfer of data information via a system bus 100 under the control of a monitor control circuit 10. Then the circuit 10 detects the abnormal working of the circuit 1 and stops the working of the circuit 1 by means of a control signal 13. Then a memory circuit and an input/output circuit 4 are opened to the circuits 2 and 3 under the control of the circuit 10 and both circuits 2 and 3 substitute the proper working of the circuit 1 by making use of the free time of the proper working process to the circuit 2 and 3 respectively. Thus the normal one of circuits 1-3 can substitute the abnormal one of these circuits and therefore the working redundancy is improved.
