PURPOSE: To accelerate the processing speed of an information processor and to miniaturize the processor itself by obtaining the arithmetic result by providing an output part for detecting and outputting the interference of electronic waves controlled by a control part to propagate through an arithmetic part with the electronic wave as a medium.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a control part 5 for controlling an electron beam 1 with an input signal 2, arithmetic part 7 through which the electronic wave of the electron beam 1 controlled by the control part 5 propagates, and output part 11 for detecting and outputting the interference of the electronic wave propagating through the arithmetic part 7 and controlled by the control part 5. Then, the information processing result is provided by receiving the interference of each electronic wave with the electronic wave of a wavelength shorter than light as the medium and a processing according to a complicated conversion algorithm is unnecessitated so that the processing speed can be accelerated and since the wavelength of the electronic wave used as the medium is shorter in comparison with the case of using light or the like as the medium, the device itself can be miniaturized.
