To provide an information providing device, an information providing method, and an information providing program for providing a user with a congestion state of a facility together with a predicted value in an aspect facilitating an intuitive grasp.SOLUTION: In an information providing system 1, a user terminal 30, which is an information providing device, includes: a receiving unit 33 that acquires predicted congestion information indicating predicted values of congestion states of each store 10 in a plurality of time periods of the current day, and continuously acquires current congestion information indicating the congestion state of the store 10 corresponding to the current point in time; and a display control unit 34 that displays a prediction bar including a plurality of blocks and displaying predicted congestion information for each time period, and a current-day bar including a plurality of blocks and displaying the current congestion information so that the blocks corresponding to the same time period are arranged side by side, displays the predicted congestion information for the corresponding time period in each block, and displays the latest current congestion information acquired by the receiving unit 33 at the current point in time in the block corresponding to the current time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
