Abstract:

To make a response to an input of a user vary according to a situation on each occasion.

A user inputs a request for search and the like by voice. A user terminal collects this sound (S1), and sends voice information and determination information to a server device 200 (S2). The determination information is, for example, information showing a travelling speed of the user. The server device 200 determines the situation of the user or the user terminal on the basis of the determination information (S3), and extracts a response according to the determination result (S4). Then, the server device 200 generates response information (S5) and transmits it (S6). The user terminal reproduces voice or an image according to the received response information (S7).
