Abstract:
To provide an entirely new information providing server for radio terminal having a combination of present position information with the bidirectional characteristic of a network.
This server to be mounted on an information proposing server connected to the network comprises a database consisting of the information related to geographic position information. In this server, a communication is started on the receipt of a connection request from a radio terminal connected to the network, whereby the present position information of the radio terminal is obtained, and the data base is retrieved with this present position as a key to offer the information for the periphery of the position where the radio terminal is present.
