Abstract:
To enable a provider of information to bill users for the information utilized by the users.
An information providing system comprises user terminals 101 taken along by users, a base terminal 102 for providing the user terminals 101 with information, and a network 104 to which the user terminals and the base terminal are connected. If the user utilizes the provided information, after the base terminal 102 provides specified information to a user terminal 101, billing data for an information provider who provided the information to the user is recorded so as to bill for the provision of information utilized by the user.
