Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information providing system and the like capable of monitoring tendency of hygiene condition in an object on such as a manufacture line accurately on the basis of the number of colonies acquired for each specified timing.SOLUTION: A hygiene management system S has a configuration that (1) in a work line 80 having a manufacture step for manufacturing food products being processed or after being processed or an inspection step for inspecting the food products, extracts the food product being manufactured or after being manufactured as a specimen, and conducts data management of culture condition when predetermined bacteria of such as general bacterium or Escherichia coli grown on the specimen in a film type culture medium 60 are cultured, and (2) analyzes the tendency of hygiene condition in the object of the work line 80 or a part thereof that belongs to a work element such as a work step and lot, and provides the analysis result to a manager as tendency information.
