PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent network content from being illegally utilized.
SOLUTION: Network content provided by a content server 9 is referred to in broadcast content broadcasted by broadcast stations 1-1, 1-2 to a digital broadcast receiver 4. The digital broadcast receiver 4 requests a delivery of the network content to the content server 9 via the Internet 8. In this occasion, a URL for the broadcast content is transmitted to the content server 9. The content server 9 searches a database based on the URL for the broadcast content, if a reference to the network content is not limited to the broadcast content, the network content is delivered to the digital broadcast receiver 4 via the Internet 8.
