A base station 1 specifies an area A in the circumference of a relay antenna position or an area in the circumference of the designated search position and confirms to an information provider existing in the specified area whether information is provided or not. Register information of the information provider existing in the specified area is transmitted to the user 2 who transmits an information providing request signal via the relay antenna or another usable antenna.
