Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system capable of providing users with the minimum disaster information even if a communication failure has occurred in a network.SOLUTION: An information providing system 1 comprises: a user terminal 3 having a microphone 34; and an information providing server 2. The information providing system 1 distributes, to the user terminal 3 by acoustic communication, coded information including a basic information identifier regarding basic information and a detailed information identifier regarding detailed information that have been generated by the information providing server 2. By referring to a basic information conversion table, the user terminal 3 independently decodes the basic information on the basis of the basic information identifier. By accessing the information providing server 2 via a network 4, the user terminal 3 decodes the detailed information on the basis of the detailed information identifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
