PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recommended spots to users.SOLUTION: An information provision device (for example, a navigation device 100) includes an adverse weather recommended POI information storage unit 22 that stores adverse weather recommended POI information including adverse weather recommended POI that are recommended in the case of adverse weather conditions, searches for adverse weather recommended POI referring to the adverse weather recommended POI information storage unit 22 (for example, step S102), identifies an adverse weather area (for example, step S202), and provides adverse weather recommended POI that are expected to be in the adverse weather area at the time of arrival, out of the retrieved adverse weather recommended POI, to users (for example, steps S201 through 205, and step S106).
